 he Kansas Web Network is based in Hays and Great Bend Kansas. Each site houses multiple high-end routers and switching equipment including:

Ascend MAX 4000 Series routers
Ascend PipeLine 130 T-1 Frame-Relay routers
Ascend MAX 200+ Dial-up routers
AddTran CSU/DSUs
3Com Ethernet concentrators
SMC EZSwitch 10/100Base-T Ethernet switches
At present we have 10 T-1 circuits connecting to the system. MCI provides our Internet bandwidth and we are connected directly to the MCI backbone in Kansas City. Our main ISDN points of presence are in Topeka for the 785 area code and Wichita for 316. Southwestern Bell's ISDN equipment is for each area code is centered in these two central offices.
